Presentation to Milwaukee 7 WIRED

Last week, I was in Milwaukee, introducing members of Milwaukee 7 to new, network-based models of economic development. The Wired region in Milwaukee is using these models to guide their strategy.

The major challenge in the region involves building new patterns of civic behavior that cross organizational and political boundaries. A network approach to economic and workforce development gives epople the mental models they need to forge these new patterns.
